Very Nice, but there would be a section about Safety Car Rules, if there is ever?

new speed adopted for all rounds

updated a typo that affected the points system (went from 123-117 and forgot 120 point incriment)

Under yellow flag restarts a car MAY not overtake another car before the S/F line. Effective race round is round 3 .
