Quote from beefyman666 :Awesome song, takes me back a bit. Lizard and Proximus are pretty damn good too.

Proximus is pretty damn awesome. I was a hardcore Picotto fan back in the old days.
The legend that he used to be.
Quote from JPeace :hmm I disagree, his remix's are still decent, although like Pendulum and other bands, it does seem that their old stuff is better than their current singles being released.

Really?

How can you compare his newer releases like "Speed Rail" to classics like "Lethal Industry" and "Adagio for Strings".

He has gone downhill. A lot.
Quote from JPeace :Well, some of his underground remix's still have that amazing sparkle of talant that his old stuff had. Sometimes I hear an amazing song by someguy but usually if you dig a little bit tiesto has had some influence in that song. He may still not be drumming out the great classics he once was but he is still a massive part of dance music.

i agree with you both. Tiesto has made some massive tunes. but at this stage of his career, he doesn't need to produce face melters. there's enough artist who want to work with him. so his wages stay the same but the final product is very very different.
Quote from JPeace :otherwise nobody would be buying the records

Are u serious?

Are there still people actually paying for music?

Have to disagree, he just changed directions, but maybe i like his style even more now.. songs like 'Feel it in my bones', 'Brake my fall', 'Beautifull things'... are fantastic.. old Tiesto couldn't make something like that.
The tunes you listed are pretty decent, but to me personally they are nowhere near as good as what he used to make.

Same goes for AvB. "The sound of Goodbye", "Communication", "Serenity". Beautiful.

you're forgetting "Blue Fear"
He was too much 'trance' back in the days, and i'm not much of a fan of Trance..
