You can use the Logitech Profiler and match the wheel rotation limit you set on LFS with the global device setting/specific game settings: wheel rotation.

Ah, I forgot about this MadCat. Yes, I recommend that program, I use it all the time and it works great

yeah.. the wheel still turns more then the set amount...

It should apply full opposite FFB at the boundaries, that's the only way the wheel has of limiting the rotation.
