Rules doesn't say anything that you have to wait for the S/F before making a pass so no teams can be penilized for that.

Oh good. That was the only thing I was happy with in that race. Moved up 7 places on my starting grid pos after stint finished so meh.

Hopefully next race my team wont RQ without me knowing :|
