Brief description of incident: Cars 21 and 22 have contact on main straight and after Turn 2.

Car 22 begins on the final few turns to drive somewhat aggressively towards Car 21, and also lays on the horn for the run to start/finish. Going into Turn 1, 22 attempts an overtake, and makes slight contact, causing Car 21 to back off, and 22 overshoots / has overseer in Turn 2. Exiting Turn 2, Car 22 makes a turn to the right side, Car 21 is on that path, and Car 22 lefts off the accelerator, forcing contact. Car 22 deemed to have unduly held up a competitors flying lap due to dangerous driving. 5 place grid penalty.
