Well,I understand that he wants the whole car covered with that Matrix things,but the hood should be copied from that other skin and big letters DRIFT on rear bumper... Doesn't look too hard if you don't mind ugly transitions between different car parts,but good quality skin could be pretty hard to make...

Bigger could help,but it won't affect those transitions. This is quick try I made just now:

If you're happy with this,will post the skinfile,if not - let's just put it here as a preview of your idea and wait until someone really skilled will make this better. As you can see,transitions between front and side or side and rear are pretty bad,it's some work to make them good,I'm too lazy now for that.
If it's ok for you,you can reccomend better font for letters on back or some other stuff to add.
