Gran Turismo 5.

For me it usually comes down to GT5 and Black Ops... quite a common combo for many PS3ers.

But nevertheless, GT5 it is.

TDU 2(hate it because of how they changed it, but its a good game to play long term)
and any Fifa game(Addicted to manager mode).

GT5- Best console driving game I've played.
Killzone 2 - Brilliant (Tried the demo of 3, I'll buy it for the single player, not the multi, though)
MGS4 - Huge, cinematic, great cut-scenes (thankfully or it would be intolerable), great sneaking and action sequences. I think MGS defines the term "production values". Top, top quality in every way.

While I do love enthusia, GT5 is still the better overall package.

Also, IIRC, parts of the Enthusia team were hired by polyphony to work on GT5's physics.
