Go to your graphics card configuration (the icon next to Windows clock) and check what's your dds mipmap configuration. You have to set it to quality instead of performance
What brand is you card? I personally never had that problem, but I know it has something to do with dds settings in the driver
just found out that it is 900 series i was on intel driver update utility online and this it said: Product Detected Intel® 6, 5, 4, 3, 900 Series Chipsets Current Version Installed 8.7.0.1007 This version is valid.
