Realistic NASCAR Events will be holding an unofficial 100 mile event warm-up for the Kyoto 250 on Sunday, February 27, 2011 at 15:00 GMT.

Race will be in XRT for 54 laps at KY1 on Realistic NASCAR Server. Realistic NASCAR Event rules will be used. For full Realistic NASCAR Rules see this link: http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=72774

Qualifying will last as long as needed in order to give all in attendance their out lap and 2 hotlaps. You are asked not to spectate reguardless of the session unless you are inside of a pit box. If you must spectate you are asked not to rejoin the race.

You do not have to be signed up for the Kyoto 250, and this is in no way, shape or form afilliated with New Dimension Racing or the Kyoto 250.

Not being funny, but given there is just over 3 weeks to qualifying day of the 250, and there's plenty of practice sessions to be fitted in between now and then, do you really think it's a wise idea for a) people to running an event under different rules, and b) for you to be admining instead of driving?

I and my team are looking for admining experiance so that we may run a serious event by fall (hopefully), and I do beleive that the rules are quite similar with the exception of pit entry and the fact that the Kyoto 250 has gotten away from the free pass rule.

You concerns are valid.

For those who have participated in events previously I'd like to annouce that we now have a full flagging program in place for use on race day.

I might join this for need collecting lapcount for Kyoto 250,I hope this will end before 17:00 GMT,when I have other things to do. But do we really need sign up for this? You know - people ar lazy sometimes...

If the XRT 100 is some how still running at 16:45 GMT (which is very, very unlikely). The race will be put under the yellow flag and we will line up for a Green, White, Checkered finish. We will make at most 3 attempts at this a via Realistic NASCAR Rules.

This is so that those who wish to participate in the Kyoto 250 practice session will be bable to do so.
