I don't know yet, but usually nobody puts restriction to GTR's, I'll talk to other admins.

Yes, FXR and XRR no restriction!

23 was IGTC, 27 for MoE at KY2. Though depends on how long your race is as the XRR is stronger at the start of the stint, and KY2 is suited to the XRR's straight line speed. If you want FXR in the mix you'd have to take some power off the RWD cars though.
