It is a well known fact(you can do the test by yourself even), demo servers are limited to 15 slots and 12 cars on track at the same time.

This means that if you manage to have more than 24 drivers overall, you will have to get a 3rd server.

I have never tested demo server with more than three guys yet so you saved me from troubles

@GreyBull, any suggestion of yours about how host or extract race results is welcome mate

two questions:
does the game create a detailed log of the server event (qualy, race etc with all drivers detail) ?
can the server use a list of drivers allowed to race ?

Host: You can read a tutorial about it here. You can also buy a full time server, you can find more about it in this section.

Extract results: you can use LFS Stats for it. Or only make a screenshot of the results after the race if that's all you need. Race results can also be checked on LFS World.

Yes, LFSStats can record quite a lot of info including results, various stats, lap by lap graphs, etc. I think there is another program allowing you to get chat log also, maybe LFSStats can do it aswell, I don't really know about it.

Better just put a password. (If I recall correctly it is the command for it is /pass="XXXXX".)
