You need to register on www.simfia.com, but no, you only need a TP and a driver, you have 2 even better, a third driver is not needed, but is usefull for testing setups and in case a driver can't make 1 weekend.....

You now need to make a post in the forum on that site, In the F1 section, in the Team Principle / Manager Sign Up thread, then it will be considered by the person running the seies (Most likely accepted as no1 else wants Ferrari at the moment!), reaqding on this forum you will that you have missed the first 2 races, but theres a long way to go yet!
