its timing out before I can type my name and pw in.
done some searchin on this but didnt find any info on it.
even if i dont type anything on the log in page it times out.

I dont really understand whats the problem. Do you get a timeout before you see anything, or does the login "window" not show up correctly, or does it timeout after you have entered the password and username?
- The website needs JavaScript, are you sure this is on?
- What Browser and exact version are you using?
- Cookies allowed?

Otherwise, post some screenshots.

It is as he said: If you aren't very fast to type in your username and your password, you get a timeout...

I have the same thing happen. If you don't log in within about 10-15 seconds, it gives a timeout message and you have to reload the page.
