I'm starting to agree with that. Apple needs to make a gaming console.

They are starting their domination. AppleTV does have some of the GameCenter code in it, specific to AppleTV using code-names rather than it being left overs from the iOS port.

You can't use it AT LAUNCH, they probably haven't sort out things about censorship or copyrights etc, if it functions in Forza it should also function in Nascar, just need some time to sort it out.

I don't know what the issue was, this was in and working but it got ripped out for the 360 version at the last minute. Sony seem way easier to get on with.

It's odd, Forza allows user content. (Actually that may have something to do with it...or not) I'm hopin a solution can be found. You'd think Sony would be just as restrictive

I got YLOD on my PS3 last week, so no Nascar11 for me until I can get a shot of a heatgun.

I was ready to pop up the shops and buy this game until I saw it wasn't being released in the UK. But I am going to the states in May, so I could get myself a copy while I'm there. If I get bored before then, how much would it cost to get a copy imported, and what sort of wait would I be expecting?

Well.. I just did a 75 lap race at daytona. It was kinda easy. I went 2 laps down due to crashes. and worked my way back (medium AI) to first. Ended up coming second due to the AI being a bit retarded and causing accidents when a few of them slowed to go to pits... wscrewed me back a few positions (due to position being what you were the last lap).

Overall I am enjoying it though... Multiplayer froze up my console though.

Quick question, couldn't the games on demand feature on the xbox be used to release the game to people in the UK? I don't know if the PS3 has something similar, or if it would be viable, but it's worth a thought.

How hard is hard? I always race on hard, and I don't have anything which will play the game for me to experiance it for myself.

I haven't tried hard. I just know Medium is pretty easy. Unless there's rubber banding which is possible. I will say the wheel support is pretty good, albeit awkward. For instance, GT5 allows me to have a wheel and gamepad acting as "Controller 1"... so I can navigate menus with the game pad and drive with the wheel. Nascar 2011 takes whatever one I hit start at the main screen as being my controller for the session, so there are parts that are gamepad only (replays).. and they become unaccessable.

I think tonight I'm gonna do a 100% length race at Infineon.

so if we want this do we have to buy it from USA? also anyone know where you can get it from USA to ship to UK on 360? all the ones on ebay are ps3 copies
