Don't try to join that server any more.

Edit: You'll get CPW if you try to join a modified server (or as far as I know, join a standard server with tweak - I really don't know much about it) this has nothing to do with your connection.

In the server list you'll see "Modified" or similar in Italian. Don't join the server unless you know what the requirements are. If you get a couple of CPW bans (15 bans in 30 days) you'll get a 30 day global ban.
