Hey all,

Bought my ticket months ago for download but turns out I can't go now but already got my ticket As you can't return them I can only sell it on, I know from previous years there are some people who go so thought would offer it before I stick it on the bay.

Ticket is for the full weekend and 5 days camping. By the time you pay ticket master extortionate admin fees they are just over £200 each. Ebay at the minute has them for about £170 - £180, so ill stick it in the middle at £175 and will post it to you the next day recorded delivery.

Gah... really, really tempting, but I'm off to Sonisphere this year too, and don't think I can justify two festivals in the same year to the Mrs.

I would expect most people who are going to have already bought tickets and as it hasn't sold out this year I think it could be hard to get rid of it but got to try.

Bob: Someone I was going with got his 2 weeks or so before I did, obviously takes time to post so many tickets.

When I tried to advertise my bike on here (which I needed to sell to avoid losing my job, hence greater importance in life) my thread was locked, and I was told that you're not allowed to sell non sim-racing related items. So why is he allowed to advertise his music tickets? In fact it's less related because at least what I was selling had an engine!!

Sorry but I think it should be the same rule for everyone, not a select few.

Well seriously, LFS forum isn't the right place to sell stuff anyway. Bob didn't lock this thread because he's attending the music-ticket-place-thing himself.

No, it's because when I saw thread the thread I was like "ooh, Download festival" instead of being in moderator mode and being out to deal with content that against the rules. You forget I mainly browse this forum out of interest, not out of wanting to help keep it in order.

Thank you for pointing it out though. Are you now happy with consistency of moderation?
