Its my little suggestion to add lights Flag to PlayerFlags. It will be good for cruise server to fine drivers not using lights in car.

If you're talking about headlights, we don't have night racing (yet).
For turn signals, maybe a good idea, but you'll have to define the turns first.

Headlights. For Cruise now.

Night racing and working lights (working - visible on track) are my dream.

Well they cancled that you had to had the light activated during the day, so no real need for that.
