#21 is fully alongside and maybe even a bit ahead of #48 going into T1, and #48 turns down like #21 isn't there, then bounces off and runs across the gravel.

No penalty.

i wasnt trying to overtake :/ ur guy braked early suprised me so i went inside tried to avoid but couldnt

Same rule applies, if the protest is posted with in 1 hour of the race being over then it will be accepted.

No, the protest has to be made within 1hr of the end of the affected driver's stint.

In other words, when your driver's stint was over, you had 1hr from that moment to make a protest.
