But almost every 1st video is not so good either so, if competing in "not-so-good-LFS-vid" class, this is actually well!

I think you don't have a powerful PC, which tells that this vid itself is good, but driving itself in this vid is poor

Make a 2nd video and try to find some samples from other vids about how to make good vid. Also there is tutorial

But if you just wanted to make and show one, then I don't know what to say

Man, this video was made 10 months ago, i was in lfs like 5 or 6 months in lfs, and i have a good pc, but i maked the video without shadows because I put a bad configuration on the graphics. But is fixed.. look at my pic:

you do eventually learn. it takes a while though.
i think the best way to learn is to analyse films and see how they move the camera since most videos these days are music videos.
learn to use fraps and possibly an editing program.
