Sorry but someone driving defensively like a twat (being dangerous) deserves to be nudged, it doesn't means it's safe. At least I'm not prepared to be dangerous under the notion that it's safe driving behavior.
Plus, in terms of nudging someone, I'd only do it if they were persistantly pissing me off and with no hazard to any innocent person, so chances are, I'd never get into the situation where I'd be happy to do it.
