You should make it more like an action film eg. fast cuts, more fitting music, frame filled with the car (assuming you were going for that). Most of your film was in slow motion which doesn't really give a sense of speed and removes the excitement of a police chase.
The camera shake is a little buggy in places and sometimes too much. The film is in slow motion so you should slow down the camera shake too.
You should color grade with a little bit less contrast or decrease the brightness since it hurts your eyes if it's too contrasty.
So to sum up...
Do faster cuts
Don't film in slow motion (for action scenes)
A bit less contrast
