I don't think it's so hard to understand.

Download the self-extracting EXE from the bottom of the first post of Z30 thread.
Run it, select your LFS folder and click extract.

Don't forget to backup your original LFS.exe if anything goes wrong.

But anyway, it is strange that it shows to you on every server.

It still shows Z28 on the entry screen when you extract the EXE?

Sorry to say this but what I heard, server will be no longer online @ LFS because host have gone off from offering gaming servers...
