Well im not exaclty a NOOOOOOBie, im a competant racer... but I would like my own skin and I have no idea where to start. I have looked about and searched and maybe im just being dumb (likely!!) but I cant find anything to help me.

Can somebody tell me what I need and the first few basic steps to get me going, pretty please?
