Its a system that heats up the visor to avoid it fogging up too much, at least thats what they said earlier.

FTR - seemed a strange one. Jenson seemed to have the space to turn in but just went into Alonso. An avoidable accident and I imagine will be punished, much like Di Resta. Under the wording of the rule both where avoidable accidents.
