Looks like a graphics issue to me, did you try reinstalling your graphics drivers, or disabling Windows Aero?

Also, what are your machine's specs?

Yes I did reinstall my gfx drivers well tbh I updated them so yeah, Maybe it is Windows Aero is that Windows 7 Basic? and My specs are

Aero is on almost all Windows 7 versions AFAIK, and in your video you appear to be using Aero.

Here's how to change it, if you want to bypass the UAC dialog, just click on "Show settings for all users" and do it from there, so it doesn't bug you all the time:

and this is different but I have lost my account like its being used by someone else and I sent LFS Devs heaps of emails (not at once like 5 days then send and other one) and they wont reply someone told me to make it professional so I let my dad do it and STILL NO DAMN REPLY is there another way to get it back. (I know its the wrong topic to say this :P)
