I just made a comparison between kind of similar incident from the last race, where we didn't even protest as we thought it would be declared a racing incident... so I believe SG is a bit too harsh penalty!
Speaking outside my capacity as an admin (and I was not involved in the penalty decision in this case for obvious reasons) and going from memory... in the incident at Kyoto, Rudy was fully alongside you at the braking point and was fully on the inside curb when you made contact. In this incident you came from at least 3 carlengths back and hit Tomek squarely in the door at the apex of the turn. The incidents aren't really similar at all, aside from you being involved in both of them.
First of all, he wasn't the leader of the race and I didn't flip him ether.
Obvious exaggeration right there DWB... There is no brake point on that corner in Kyoto, you barely lift the throttle and he wasn't on the curb when we made contact ether.
And quite obviously I wasn't 3 car-lengths behind on brake point, I was just one, as this picture illustrates.
Now take a look at IMOL's normal throttle point at that corner (FYI, that's his earliest and fastest approach to apex of 10 laps prior to crash) and compare it to the one of the lap when we crashed, here and here.
I think we all can come see that he knew I was there! I will let your imagination work out what would have happened if he just took a normal throttle point, or even just waited for his normal throttle point. Yes exactly that, I would have even got the nose in front by then and he would never have a chance to make it side by side and obviously he'd have to back off!
Now, I don't blame him for the incident, he's young and feisty, I'm sure he'll learn from it.
I think you didnt show us full story here mr. Niki. I said it 100 times to you that i wasnt expect you to be there AT ALL. My suspension was so much broken that, on lap 71 i was going to try new way to make that corner <i mean early brake and quick acceleration> and i brake there like 5 meters too early to try it... I was saw u coming like 0.2 before u hit me... And i dont have bloody F-16 pilot reaction to do smth... U hitted me and i could do nothing! And now, even if i let you pass there i could hit the wall... Yes i know, im a bit agressive driver and everybody knows it. When i was out there i though <he was try that overtake few laps before and it didnt work> that you WONT DO THAT AGAIN... But you did and that is consequences... I only agree that the penalty was a too harsh. That is my opinion about it.

I'm disappointed with the behavior of some drivers. Especially with 10 M. Jagiello (MARUS). He's a crazy driver and he doesn't respect anything!!! illepall
it's important to get hold of the guys who drive for you before they lose their cool and eventually ragequit...just saying not that I did better than him but at least I didn't ragequit.
