Hello,

I've spent a while searching, but i cant seem to find anything regarding the problem that i'm having.

I used to have the Revolution pack on my lfs, and it worked just fine.
But i recently got a new PC, and i backup my whole lfs folder.

Copied it to this new pc, and the Sky and background textures dont seem to be working anymore. even with a clean install without any mods or other textures added, the sky and background are just grey.., and the menu background aswell.

Everything is updated and working fine, no problem with any other games or any other part of lfs, it runs just fine.

Would anybody know why this is happening?

Win 7 ultimate 64x
GTX580
i7 2600k

Check your nVidia driver settings. Somewhere you may have "dds quality" (or something similar) set to Performance instead of Quality

In the control Panel?

Edit: Can't seem to find anything dds related.

Check if you have anisotropic filtering disabled (set to 1x) in LFS. This looks like the known issue with LFS and GTX5xx series cards.

Thats seems to have done the trick.

So i cant have any anisotropic filtering ?
No workaround ?

Some people say that enabling AF in nVidia control panel works for them.
