confirms close in 27 minutes. for accepted drivers. ill then open it up for waiting list drivers officially

confirmations from any blue or yellow drivers may now be accepted regardless of order (status still applies) until Saturday 24 UTC when I close it. Any drivers confirmed and now on the blue list will be automatically put into the accepted list for the race. confirms are full but we will allow a waitinglist to enter the race incase a driver misses the round or is having a technical issue
