Just lately everytime I try to play LFS my internet connection drops after a few seconds.

It only happens on LFS and no other games or applications.

Any ideas?

Network drivers up to date, router is a Netgear D834G with up to date firmware.

Seems to let me spectate for ages with no problem, its only when I drive.

do you have the same problem when you pull up the server list?

Sometimes, but more often happens when I try to start driving, normally drops connection after about 30 seconds driving.

I normally use ethernet cable to connect to the router, but it happens if I use wireless as well.

Happens on all server unfortunatly. And even sometimes in single player mode.

Gonna do a complete reinstall of the game see if that helps.

I had this the last time I tried to upgrade to ADSL2 from normal old adsl as my internet speed was awful.

Contact your ISP if nothing happens and look at your firewall

I have exactly the same problem now, can run only for 1 or 2 minutes on empty server, 5 seconds when there's other racers. Have cheked the firewall and everything but there isn't any change so any other solutions??
