So,i searched this forum(before anybody starts flaming and yelling for the search button )and found a thread from 2006(!) which said is not possible.Is it possible to make a matte black skin?

The only way is to adjust the car reflection value in a config file.

This will however make all cars look matte, and also look like they have no windows.
