No idea what you're talking about, so I don't think so. I got everything from the first post.

In the PnG2 folder, run PGPatcher.exe (has a stopwatch icon)

Browse to the PnG Installation folder, then apply terrain and ffb patches

If you get kicked for "Cheat" then you didn't do everthing

You forgot to add the Terrain patch and is mentioned on the first post.

Done! Just restarted the server, and I added just about all the cars available in PnG

Also, here are a few commands you can try in the server now. I am trying the Server Manager.
