That skin is not breaking the rules. It would if there was a tit showing.
In real life, women sometimes wear cool bra's wich expose theyr breasts alot - it is not considered as pornography.

Purple Piledriver
Anyone here play Carmageddon? I've been playing C2 again (since I've got it to work on my laptop) and I decided to make this skin, the Purple Piledriver. Why? Because it's my favorite C2 car (Besides DC Codbra). I might make Buzz Lightweight's BuzzMobile.
