Ability to turn off clicks in menus, chat messages and race finish sounds.

I have just renamed the files for mine, but I guess an On/Off option would be nice.

I have to say those clicks and whistles and whooshes can be annoying, especially if you've got some muppet spamming you. Or if there's lag and you get the WHAP! of multiple messages at once

just delete the message sound...

the first thing i did after instaling S2 was to delete mess. and sys. sound files. - and applause sounds as well.
