Can you lose your S2 liecense for using tweaks on OWN server?

What if you have tweak on and accidentally connect to public server, will you lose your s2 liecense?

You cannot lose your S2 for using tweaks. There are even public servers that allow tweaks. 42D multimod for example.

..and if you accidentally join a server with tweak on, you'll just get a temporary 12 hour ban from that server. (if it's CPW-causing tweak. for OOS ones, you won't even get server ban).

You cannot join regular servers with tweaked cars. It will give you error (something like: Servers car settings does not match with yours. I dont rememmber) and no ban.
