breakfast, cereal with low sugar, and milk.
lunch, lettuce and alot of veggies. no dressing. (very good for you, not tasty)
dinner, try to just get a balanced meal
I noticed one thing in the army about diet: eat regurarly and eat correctly cooked meal(and ofc move alot). Vegatble diet just makes people pale and skinny. Man needs his power: meat! Snacks and fast food is okay if you consume them rarely (no...rarely does not mean not once a week).
