How to use chinese... characters in server name?

When I try using characters like "♥" and save setup.cfg I get message that I should save it as Unicode if I want keep this information. But when start server with setup.cfg saved as Unicode -> Config file is not valid...

You can use all kind of characters when creating server in-game, but how to do it on dedicated host?

I seen few dedicated servers that use special charcters e.g. ﾉﾏedline ﾉﾏacing 1

Try to copy the character from LFS using Ctrl+C and then paste it into the text file. Don't forget to add the correct escape code in front of the text with foreign characters:

^L = Latin 1 (CP1252 )
^G = Greek (ISO-8859- 7)
^C = Cyrillic (CP1251 )
^J = Japanese (Shift-JIS )
^E = Central Europe (ISO-8859- 2)
^T = Turkish (ISO-8859- 9)
^B = Baltic (ISO-8859- 13)
^H = Traditional Chinese (CP936 )
^S = Simpified Chinese (CP949 )
^K = Korean (CP950 )

Here is one maybe faster way if you have a lot of different chars...
1. Go to LFS, Multiplayer, Start New Host,..., Host name you write in-game
2. exit LFS
3. in your LFS folder, open cfg.txt, find line starting with "Game Name" next to it your server name..


BUG?
Discovered something more while doing this.
If you use mouse as steering device, you won't be able to copy korean, japanese,... text to e.g. notepad.
Can anyone else confirm that? or there is something wrong with my PC
