I wonder how to change the look of LFS indicators.
Does this "panel" use any of modifiable textures or not?
If it does, which one is it?

You can't change the look of the dashboard, because the gauges and lights are not a skin. Although you can change a texture around the dials, but it is not that visible, so won't make a huge difference.

Although you cant modify textures, I hope you know that you can change the dashboard colors, needle color etc for single seaters in Options->Display. You can also change virtual clock colors there
