To make this big pics, do you simply highly increase the games resolution? I'd guess so?
Go to options/Screen there should be a list of resolutions there
I don't increase it because I play in this res . I just turn on AA, all settings are the same when racing.

it smooths the edges of pixels, tell me who makes your graphics card and ill tell you how to enable it, but beware, it will lower your FPS!

AA: Anti-Aliasing
AF: Anisotropic filtering

Look for it in your display settings
