Arc Team presents the new ARC_Pedals
ARC_Team is proud to present, as his first product in 2012, the new era of pedals system dedicated for professionals and home users: ARC_Pedals .

This product has been patented and include an unique system which allows you to overcome the limitations found on the main existing products on the market. For example, the use of hydraulic or load cells: these architectures have some troubles as an harder maintenance, possible oil leaks, and difficulties to find a good feeling for the progressive braking force (with the load cells); in add, the use of pins to set every time the pedals, to adjust stroke and position.



A big Thanks to many of Racing Engineer and Pro Drivers of all categories for their valuable help. Actually the higher version of these pedals are installed in 4 driver training simulators.

Our goal has been realize a product as there aren't in the market and we are sure of that. Unfortunatly has not been possible keep the costs down because, to solve a lot of problems discovered in commercial products, try to find the right feeling more closer of real hydraulic system without hydraulic but with air pressure and supply an incredible feeling never discovered before, has been necessary decide to realize only 70/80 pieces for year.
You are in right about the price and we are agree in this. unfortunatly we havn't founded nobody have married our choice because we need to have dimensions and design of parts as we have realized, otherwise, you can loos 30% and more of efficiency and no one of their supplier is able to do.
We prefer realize few of them but well - build and eternal.
These pedals are the better alter ego of real race cars braking system including the possibility to found all regulation for the power and distance.

Soon we release a document where will be explained the reason of our choice but, in the mean while, a short introduction of how we are coming to decide ARC_Pedals.

We have tested all actual peripherial selled in the market comparing them and put them under the feet e of not less than 120 race drivers using 3 different type of software, recording all data in telemetry. After that we have work with some team with their personal training simulator where was installed original pedals with a particular hydraulic system of braking comparing final result of : real car, sim data, sim pedals. Having in our hand this, we have work to build similar feeling and resistance in throttle/brake having a working range on the brake variable from 30 to 80kg and, when output data and driver feeling have gived us GREEN LIGHT, we are going out. Our CEO have request to our racing engineer to work on the report already we have, to prepare a short description of why we have choose to realize a total different pedal system and where will be explained all the features of ARC_Pedals. For sure a lot of people can built by yourself a good pedalset but some regulations are not possible and is not so simple change brake resistance in a few seconds or improve, reduce the travel of pedals, enlarge or restrict, tilt back and forth and something like that...

Pedalset is totally different in regulation, feeling, brake , throttle (and clutch) power of feet. This system is very closer to an Hidraulic braking system and have higher precision avoiding the normal problem of hydraulic systems, load cells and hall sensor.
Difficult to explain because, in his complexity, is simple. If you see there aren't screws. You can make adjustments in another way.....
