Practice Session #1 will take place on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 20:00 GMT.

This session will be a half hour practice session ran in qualifying mode. Shift + P / Shift + S will not be permitted. Should an on track incident occur, the yellow flag will be displayed and drivers must return to pit road immediately without making contact with another driver or object. Order that participants enter pit road will be the order that they park in towards the end of pit lane. At the end of the session drivers must return safely to pit road using proper pitting techniques and spectate once parked in a garage stall. Session will end after all participants have spectated.
Hazards should be remembered at all times when entering pit road. Making pit stops will be permitted, but proper pitting procedures must be observed.
Teamspeak, valid application for participation in the Kyoto 400, and proper driver names are required to participate in this session. Skins are not required in this session.
Purpose of session: Assure that drivers can race cleanly on oval, read race rules, and follow directions. Licenses may be awarded to drivers who show their abilities well. This session will be the first of it's kind for Realistic NASCAR so, it's also a test for race administration as far as test sessions go.
