kinda random to ask here...but i dont know where to ask.
maybe some of u guys have knowledge but this.

my problem is that my fridge doesnt cool correctly.
its starts cooling, goes down to about 4-5 C then shuts off till the temp has reached about 12-13 C which is far to high.
just setting it higher wont help as it cools to the correct temp, it just starts cooling way to late.
is there a way that i can change that?

new fridges are kind of expensive so i wanna try to fix it first...before i give up

Though i haven't got any knowledge about kitchen refrigerators but i do partly work as a air conditioner mechanic. My best guess would be faulty temperature sensor but unfortunately i have no idea where you might find it .

This sounds like a faulty temp sensor, you should call a mechanic and have it checked. If it's just the sensor, the repair might be quite cheap compared to a brand new fridge...
