G25 problems with Windows 7
Can't get the steering to work properly. It jerks from fully right to full left steering lock and will not go straight!

Anyone with experience on this please?

On my XP computer, it works perfectly.
You have to use the G27 with Windows 7. The G25 is only for Windows 5.
Windows 2000: 5.0
Windows XP: 5.1

This is incorrect, I use my G25 with Windows 7 64 Ultimate and the 5.10.127 profiler drivers work perfectly...

Are you saying that it worked perfectly without downloading a further 'fix' from Microshaft?
Yep, installed the above profiler version (before plugging the wheel in) after a new install of Windows, it tells you when to plug the USB in during install, worked straight off the bat?

I can only suggest un-installing the drivers you have (control panel/game controllers etc) unplugging the wheel and starting again, with the above profiler version...
Could be a conflict if you have any other USB controllers plugged in too?

Thanks, I'll give that a try.

What in Earth could lead you to say such a wrong thing?

G25 works like a charm without needs of any patch/trick in any Windows version.
I love trolling.
Makes me feel important.
