Hello, I wanna ask how can i make my XRT rims in white? As default they are silver, so if someone can help me it would be awesome!
In garage in the left panel, select either your existing skin or click New colours, then go to Colours tab and move the 3 RGB sliders of 'Wheels' to the very right.

I'm sure there is a way to make them white!!! It can be tweak or texture i dont know what... but there must be any posibility!
you can open cfg.txt and reduce car shine, but that's mostly a bad idea unless you want matte looking cars. editing the texture may work quite well, for example making the texture brighter/more contrast
