How come i can watch a 900kbs stream but only download at 230kbs?

Same bb line , what is the difference?
How about a buffer?

Because the download speed doesn't depend only on the capacity of your line, but also on the available bandwidth of the server you're downloading from. There might also be some traffic shaping coming into play, but you'd better ask your ISP about that...

That's only 350kB/sec so I'd say yes if the stream is of sufficient quality.
Most likely ur mistaking kbps to kB/s.

900kbps = 112kb/s

kbps and kb/s mean exactly the same thing. Small 'b' is a bit, large 'B' is a byte.
