Due to the number of requests I get from people asking me to add their competition to the Event Database, I've decided to create a thread here explaining exactly what I need from people in order to do it.
Here are some examples of the information I need and the format in which I prefer to receive it. Please post your schedules in this thread and do not send them to me via PM.
Please take note of the indentation used in these schedules - the indentations in your schedule should be exactly like this.
A competition which has more than one season:
A competition which is in its first season and for which the first event is split over multiple days:
An individual event:
I think that the 'Pretend Cup' example covers every possibility, though I'm sure the IGTC example covers the needs of most people.
The dates and times should ideally be given in UTC (GMT) time. If you aren't certain about UTC time then give the times in your preferred timezone and tell me which timezone you've used.
To use the vBulletin code facility enclose your schedule within [code] ... [/code] tags.

Before I add any new submissions contributors will be required to send me a PM confirming that they understand that they must upload all of the replays from their competition to our site. LFS > Options > Multiplayer replay save should be set to [auto save - not recommended] - otherwise you will forget to save qualifying replays, it always happens, and such a failure will result in your competition being removed from our site.
