At this point, Dean must get another person who knows servers, and is trained in the 500servers setup and systems. This person is preferably in the same country, or at least within a reasonable travel distance for a 24-48 hour total round-trip to the datacentre where servers are located.
It is perfectly understandable and excusable for Dean himself to be unable to handle matters for some time be they due to health issues or other obligations, but that requires another person (or even persons) who can fix issues with the service and/or give updates in his absence.
TCAdmin has been inaccessible for >72 hours now. Earlier in the week, I couldn't connect, but now the 404 is at least a bit better - means the server is "somewhat" alive.
Fortunately, the actual servers are still online, if just lacking FTP access and some other extras, but most things can still be done that would need to be done day-to-day.
In the time I've been with 500servers, it's been largely positive, only recently has the quality on the whole gone down from my perspective. Until very very recently, I've been satisfied with support response and issue resolution time and the service as a whole. I do not want it to wane rapidly like it can if this current situation keeps up.
