Well, I have also been wondering. When you look at the screenshots, you see that there are 36 garages in total. But some of them seem to be closed, so I think it will be 32.
On small tracks 45 pilots don't need to!!! Even in the South City Classic no pit-stop - it says that on such tracks better conduct of the race series "Junior" not more than 15 pilots.
Anyway,on topic - increasing slots on track would do good for some leagues,as 32 for the biggest races seems quite a limitation,on 8.8km Aston GP nobody could complain about too many traffic for example,so it's deffinitely a go for the long tracks, just the garage problem needs to be solved. Of course increasing track slots would a need to increase max connections. ~50 track slots and ~65 connections FTW,would be an interesting Aston 24h!
I understand what you mean mate, less drivers - better racing.
In some situations this is correct, but if you get a full field of experienced and carefull drivers, it can be a LOT of fun.
I enjoy the biggest starting grids, because then I never end up racing alone, but that's just me
Can you imagine more than 32 AI (with the current intelligence) on the track at the exit of the pits during qualifying - LFS becomes a destruction Derby
