2012 Kyoto 250 - Rules Book
The rules book for the 5th annual Kyoto 250 is available now on the NDR website, at this link.
It is not on the "Official" website as this will begin NDR's migration away from Joomla! to a custom-made website, which will end up taking several months to propogate all series. Forgive the lack of styling, but the function is there giving this what it needs.
