An setup that look like a real car, when you drive in the first gear, you dont drive 80 km/h..
have someone a setup like that, or will someone make one for me?

any less talented driver would have oversteered and drifted over a cat into a light pole with that kind of set. I guess all you did was change the gear ratio.
