hi,
i was racing on a server and i passed the admin, and he turned in on me, so he crashed. needless to say a lap later i was banned. What do u guys think? Watch onboard static_X's car and any other angle.

EDIT - From the above view i was well past, his front left wheel was next to my sidepod!

EDIT AGAIN - Maybe his FOV is such that he cant see me. I use 120

watching now...

EDIT - his all the way, he didnt see you, JUST missed you, then lag moved him closer, he just wasnt looking!

i think it was your fault, beacuse u didnt left static room, u didnt even try to leave him room!

im all up for critism, but i dont think u understand.

how can i leave sum1 room, when I am the one up the inside trying to pass? he didnt leave ME room. im senna btw, not static_x!!!

the whole outside of the track should be room enough, but maybe its because your not allowed on an iB server...

You can't admin a server effectively from a driver's seat. You shouldn't even try. Bad call from the admin, IMO.

but everyone u will ask will say to you that its silly idea to pass with the MRT which is such instable, to pass round that corner and then in the first lap where everybody just looks forward to avoid crashing cars which stands in the track.

im not calling anyone a wrecker, every1 makes mistakes man!!! no problem atall. Im a little dissapointed at being banned but theres plenty more servers out there.

I was just asking whos fault it was, if it was mine i would be more careful in future!

It looked to me like the pass, however silly you think it was, was successful. He had a good line, on which he proved it was possible to overtake.

Right or wrong move, the ban is disproportionate.

with the bird view you can clearly see that just before the impact they are not only side by side, but senna is clearly ahead,and on the racing line.

i dont see any reason to give up in such case.

no, you just didnt look, you took the wrong line and were slower, and he just held his line and overtook you, you just didnt see him, and hit him, but even if he had pushed you into a wall its not ban worthy!

i guess we both made mistakes in that lap so i can just say sorry that i banned you then, but there where so many wreckers round there which annoyed me and then in the next race again out in first lap. I will unban you in a few minutes when I'm back on the server. So i hope its not anymore a problem. Finally i can just say sorry for the ban.

yes it was not but in the time when i was on the server, there where so many wreckers and Senna was Finally the one who was the final puzzle, who made me flip out can just say again sorry.

like i said, no problem atall man, i didnt want this to be another banned thread, just wondered if i made an error in race craft.

It's REALLY difficult to admin a server when you're racing. You do have my sympathy on this. I strongly recommend saving replays and banning later, if necessary, or going to spectate until you've cleaned up and THEN racing again. Better to be safe than sorry. There's nothing worse than banning the wrong guy, or missing the bad guy!

If u mean, but i think its very funny when drivers who weren't on the server and didnt even know the drivers think they now what was happening there

all we know is what we saw from the replay, and from what you and him have said, from that it seems as if you say thats the only thing he did, and you were the one that hit him, so a ban seems a bit heavy handed and very unfounded!
